Welcome to Tidy Mattress Cleaning (“Tidy Mattress,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or booking a service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before booking.

1. Services Offered

Tidy Mattress provides professional mattress cleaning services for residential and commercial clients. Service availability may vary by location.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings must be made through our website.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your cleaning date.

  • Deposits are not transferable to a new date.

  • All payments are securely processed through Stripe.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not given once a service has been completed.

  • If you wish to cancel your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance.

  • If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled service, the payment method on file will be charged the full service fee.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a new cleaning date, regardless of the reason.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure clear and safe access to the property during the scheduled time.

  • Remove all personal items from the mattress area prior to our arrival.

  • Notify us in advance of any special conditions (e.g., allergies, pets, limited parking).

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing stains, damage, or mattress wear

  • Failure to complete a service due to unsafe, unsanitary, or inaccessible conditions

  • Any incidental or consequential damages beyond the cost of the service

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including logos, branding, text, and visuals—is the intellectual property of Tidy Mattress Cleaning and may not be reused without permission.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services or website constitutes your agreement to the most current version.
